Counter‑Notification: If you believe content was removed by mistake, send a counter‑notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction/service. We may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
Subscriptions, Auto‑Renewal & Billing: Paid plans bill in advance and auto‑renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current term. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable and not prorated. Prices may change on renewal with prior notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.
Acceptable Use: You will not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes; scrape, harvest, or export data in bulk; attempt to bypass security or rate limits; or upload content you do not have rights to (including images without permission/releases). We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations.
User Content & License: You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g., resize/encode), display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and releases (including model/property releases, as applicable) to submit content and grant this license.
Repeat Infringer Policy: We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual‑property rights.
Trademarks: Use of third‑party names, logos, and marks is for identification only and belongs to their owners. Do not use our marks without prior written permission.
Third‑Party Services: Certain features rely on third‑party services (e.g., payments, analytics, file storage). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms; we are not responsible for third‑party services.
Service Changes & Availability: We may add, change, or remove features (including templates) and schedule maintenance. We may offer beta features “as is,” which may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Feedback: If you provide ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
Export Controls & Sanctions: You may not use the Service if you are subject to U.S. or other applicable embargoes or sanctions, or in violation of export control laws.
Miscellaneous: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Notices may be provided via email or within the Service.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class‑Action Waiver (U.S. users): To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class or representative action. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance of these Terms by emailing legal@seemoreinfo.com with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out” and your account details. This section does not prevent seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.
Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], excluding conflicts principles. Except as otherwise provided above, the exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and you consent to jurisdiction there.
Privacy Policy
No Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We also do not use cross-context behavioral advertising or build profiles across sites.
Roles & Responsibilities (Controller / Processor): For your account data (e.g., signup, billing, security) we act as an independent controller. For visitor data collected on your SeeMoreInfo listing pages (analytics you view about your own visitors), we act as your processor and process such data solely to provide the Service to you, in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.
Visitor Analytics — What We Collect:
- Network & Device: IP address, user-agent (browser), and operating system family (e.g., Windows/macOS/Linux).
- Visit Metadata: page URL, referrer (if provided), timestamps, and basic interaction events needed to compute counts and durations.
Visitor Analytics — How We Use It: To generate per-listing aggregate metrics for you (e.g., views and durations by day/week/month), maintain security and integrity of the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not combine visitor data across different customers for profiling or advertising, and we do not disclose visitor data to third parties except service providers acting on our behalf (see below).
Cookies & Local Storage: We minimize identifiers and do not use cross-site advertising technologies. If we use cookies or local storage for analytics on your listing pages, they are limited to functionality necessary to measure visits for you. Where cookie consent is required by local law, you (as the site operator for your listing page) are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your visitors.
Subprocessors: We use common infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics processors) to deliver the Service under appropriate confidentiality and data protection commitments. A current list is available on request, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required.
International Transfers: Where personal data from the EEA/UK/Switzerland is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum, as applicable).
Data Processing Addendum (DPA): If you require a DPA (including SCCs), contact us at privacy@seemoreinfo.com and we will provide one for signature.
Data Subject Requests: For visitor data where we act as your processor, you are the controller and should handle requests from your visitors (e.g., access or deletion). We will assist you in meeting such requests as required by law. For our own account/billing/security data where we are the controller, contact us at privacy@seemoreinfo.com.
Your Privacy Rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@seemoreinfo.com or via our contact form.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK): We process personal data as necessary to perform our contract with you, based on legitimate interests (e.g., to operate, secure, and improve the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and with consent where required.
California “Do Not Sell or Share”: We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms.
Cookies & Preferences: You can manage non‑essential cookies via ourpage and through your browser settings. Essential cookies are necessary to operate the Service.
Data Retention: We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Security Incidents: If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
Third‑Party Links & Sellers: Our site may link to third‑party websites or services, or display content, products, or offers from other sellers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third‑party content, services, products, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties, and are governed by their terms and policies.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Information Collection: We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you register for an account or contact us. We may also collect usage data automatically.
Use of Information: We use your information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you, and for security purposes.
Data Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Cookies: We may use cookies to operate and improve the service.
